It was a long trip...and we were pooped...of course the house was in tip top condition..except all my plants are eaten up by the deer...and of course the water pressure tank for the well got a hole in it and had to be replaced...other than that...all is well....

You have an actual old-fashioned well? Wow! I always wanted to be trapped down one of those things. Seems like an all-American experience to me. Glad you're back in one piece!

the water up there, in them there mountains is
soooooo refreshing and pure you'd think you dies and went to heaven!!!

I had to restock the house with food...I spent over 300.00....the price of oil is now sending food prices up in the mountains.
